The first 20Gb Portable Media Center units have now been listed on amazon.com, though you can't get one from them just yet. Both the Creative and Samsung models weigh in at just under $500/£274.72. If I were to purchase one of these I think it'd be the Samsung Yepp YH-999, the Creative model looks a bit to much like a Sega GameGear for my liking. The pricing doesn't seem that bad, a 20Gb Ipod is currently going for £259.99 on amazon.co.uk, getting WMA, picture and video support into a product for £14 extra isn't bad. But of course thats because of the wonderful exchange rate for dollars and pounds at the moment. In the US the equivilent (20Gb) Ipod would be $100 less than both of these PMC's. The Portable Media Center devices support both NTSC and PAL TV out so hopefully there shouldn't be a great delay getting them to Europe.
