An interesting one, Home Automation, Inc. (HAI) who makes the Omni family of home automation and security product will be releasing a remote control interface for their products to be used with Windows XP Media Center Edition. This will allow Media Center to control lighting, security, temperature control, macros, event log, and more. Just need to automate my house now :)
